Cost Calculation & Payment Details:

1st Payment = ( Item cost + China domestic shipping ) * 1.1 / 4.76
2nd Payment = International shipping + Singapore shipping

Transfer 1st payment to POSB SAVINGS 245-08262-2

Any excess payment paid in 1st payment, will be brought forward to 2nd payment or refund if any excess upon completion.

Process Flow:

1. Buyer places orders & transfer 1st payment to LCL

2. LCL confirm invoice, place orders & make payment in Taobao

[within 1-2 days after payment]

3. Seller ship out items to warehouse in Guangdong 广东

4. Arrange for shipment** to Singapore

** 2-4 days for shipping normal goods & 4-6 days for shipping sensitive goods

5. LCL receive parcels, sort out and notify buyers on 2nd payment

6. Buyer topup 2nd payment

7. LCL post out items to buyer

The whole process usually takes about 2-3 weeks to complete. However, do take note that the process time is varied depending on sellers' speed and items stocks status.

Prohibited Items:

1. All liquid items, cosmetics, nail polish, powder etc are prohibited.

2. No replicas of big brand e.g LV, Gucci are allowed.

3. No discs, video tapes, controlled publications and electrical appliances are allowed.

4. No chemicals, food or consumables are allowed.

5. No live animals, insects, seeds, plants are allowed.
