1. Why do we need to pay 10% agent fee?
- The agent fee is paid to china warehouse's stuff for re-packing and re-arranging parcels upon receiving from china couriers. By doing this, we're able to save space and take-off unnecessary weights such as packing boxes and so on. For instance, a pair of boots with the shoe box is weighed at approximate 1.13kg (Volumetric weight = 1.13kg, Actual weight = 850g). If we did not remove the shoe box, then buyer will need to pay for international shipping fee for 1.13kg which is S$13.56. By removing the shoe box, buyer only pays S$10.20. Buyer saves S$3.36!
